This site collects information in one place only: the quote form. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts on these pages.
What the quote form collects
Your name, company if given, phone, email, Virginia city, ZIP, the cable details you enter, your description and loading notes, and any photographs you attach. Those are used to review the lot and to reply to you.
Who processes it
Submissions are delivered by a third-party form processor to the email address published on the contact page. The processor handles the message and attachments on its own infrastructure under its own terms, which is why you should not upload identity documents, bank details or anything else sensitive. If your submission contains something you would like removed, ask and it will be deleted from the mailbox.
What is not collected
- No analytics or advertising trackers.
- No cookies set by this site.
- No account, login or password data.
- No payment information, at any point.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while a lot is under review and for a reasonable period afterwards so that a later question can be answered. A request to delete a submission is honoured unless there is a legal reason to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask what has been received about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact details on this site and say what you want done.
